Youth Yoga

Yoga can be a fantastic outlet for young creative minds, or to work off that boundless energy. Teaching Yoga to children requires a different kind of engagement and energy from adult classes, and can be a fun way to introduce healthy techniques for focus and fitness in a way that kids can understand. Games and storytelling can make Yoga more accessible and less intimidating at a younger age.
Young Choreographers Workshops

Crafting a well choreographed routine is similar to crafting an expertly worded story. I love working with young choreographers to help them hone their instincts, and fill in the gaps of inexperience. With over 20 years of choreographic experience, I guide choreographers though explorations to help them unlock deeper tools of their craft, and compositional techniques that usually take years to hone.
Yoga for Creativity

For years I have turned to Yoga to help gain focus and command of my creative impulses. In these workshops I offer the opportunity for others to explore the tools of Yoga which can elevate our creative connection, with uninterrupted time to apply that energy to work in process. Exploring varied techniques to open creative pathways gives artsists new tools to implement in future works.
Dance Instruction and Coaching

With over 20 years of experience in the disciplines of Ballet, Modern, Jazz, Contemporary and Physical Theater, I approach dance instruction as a double sided coin. We aim to balance the importance of proper technique with artistic expression. I address both the mental and physical elements which influence developing dancers in their pursuit of this ethereal artform, in one-on-one instruction that is tailored to the individual.
Creative Career Counciling

Creative careers can take any number of paths, and often require our most creative endeavors to determine which approach to take. It can be easy to get caught up in the mire of creating content, and loosing focus on what actually makes us creatively content. Having a sounding board and research assistant can do wonders for helping navigate this process, and stay on task with the more mundane elements of turning our innate gifts into a marketable career. If your feeling overwhelmed, let's chat.
Corporate Yoga and Fitness

Whether its a desk job, or hours spent on ones feet, the daily grind can do a number on the body. Simple targeted exercises for even just half an hour can help un-kink joints and release the tensions built up by the repetitive stresses we incur in a typical work shift. Guided stabilization strengthening and range of motion work help to stem the development of chronic aches and pains, and can be adjusted to varying environments and levels of mobility.
